Delivery

The Secret Scent Societe` bath & body products are available for delivery anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and to selected European destinations by Royal Mail AirSure.

Delivery within the UK:

As all of The Secret Scent Societe` products are made to order, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. For large orders this could be longer. For very urgent orders I will aim to despatch your goods to you within 3 working days but please be advised that in very busy periods this may not always be possible and could be slightly delayed so do try to leave as much time as possible. Please send me a message to alert me if you need your order urgently.

Delivery to Europe:

I deliver to the following destinations within Europe and delivery to any of these destinations could take up to 10 working days so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you need your order urgently please send me a message to alert me.

Custom/Bespoke Orders to all destinations will be delivered within 14 working days

Policy for Bespoke Candles and Candles with Colour Variations:

Candles with colour variations are non refundable and non returnable

Orders for Bespoke Candles cannot be changed once work has started on them.

Bespoke Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded so please make sure that you are extremely accurate with describing what you would like.

Any orders that are faulty will be refunded provided I am notified about the fault within 7 days of receipt.

Once you have paid for the Bespoke Service please can you email or message me with your requirements for the following;

Fragrance Families
- If you have a preference for a particular type of fragrance family you can choose from the following:

Floral (main notes include fresh flowers)
Citrus (main notes include citrus oils like bergamot)
Oriental (main notes include oriental resins and vanilla)
Woody (main notes include aromatic woods and vetiver)
Spicy (main notes include herbs and spices)
Herbacious (main notes include herbs)
Fruity (main notes include berrys)

Gender
- If you are wanting a typically masculine or feminine smell

Components
- If you would like a specific fragrance in your candle (i.e Rose) then let me know and I'll do my best to include it (this will obviously be dependant on whether I can get hold of the fragrance).

Descriptive words
- Some descriptive words of the type of fragrance you'd like me to create would also be helpful. An example of this might be:
Light, clean, fresh, minty, peppery, sweet, warm etc.

Colour
The colour options for Bespoke candles are a choice of up to 3 of the following:

Black
White
Light Pink
Dove Grey
Dark Grey
Light Blue
Mint Green
Turquoise
Gold
Peach
Plum Purple
Rust Red
Midnight Blue

If you choose 3 colours for your candle then you will get a striped candle with those 3 chosen colours

Candle Containers
- All containers come in heavy, high quality glass containers of which you have a choice of one of the following:

Triangular Glass Container (81mm high 90 mm wide at the top, 78mm wide at base)

Round Glass with Stainless Steel Lid (92mm Diameter: 82.5mm at top 75mm at base)

Cubed Glass (77mm Cube 105mm across corners)

Please select 1 from a choice of 4 fragrances: Ambrosial Peach, RoseGold, Anniversary or Cloud Nine and your chosen candle colour: (Peach, White, Light Blue or Blush Pink). I can also do other colours if you would prefer. Contact me to discuss.
